Service Description
Please read before booking Includes nail care, ear cleaning, bath with the anal glands, and teeth cleaning. A sanitary trim is a light shaving under the tail, belly, and toes as well as light scissoring around the face, ears, feet, and body to outline your pet's shape. For this service, your pet must be free of tangles and mats. De-matting or brushing out mats requires an additional fee. The duration of this service varies. Prices start at $40 for small pets with short hair and increase depending on your pet's size, hair condition, and length. You can contact us for a more accurate price and duration by providing your pet's specific breed and weight.
Cancellation Policy
While we understand that sometimes appointments must be cancelled due to an emergency, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice where possible, prior to appointment cancellation, as we have a waiting list of clients that can be filled with another pet in need of a groom. On the occasion that you have missed your appointment we have also been let down by an empty appointment slot and as a small business this has a negative impact on us financially. We reserve the right to charge a $25 non-refundable deposit for appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice payable prior to any future booking. Your deposit will go towards your pet's grooming services. If you miss your appointment for a second time, you will lose your deposit. Arriving 30 minutes or more late for appointments will in most cases require re-scheduling and a missed appointment fee of $25 will apply.
