Service Description
Please Read Before Booking Our Sanitary Groom & Trim service includes: * Bath with professional shampoo and conditioner * Blow-dry and brush-out * Nail trimming * Ear cleaning * External anal gland expression, when appropriate * Teeth brushing * Sanitary trimming under the tail and around the private areas * Paw-pad trimming * Light scissoring around the face, ears, feet, and body to neaten your pet’s appearance and maintain their natural shape **This service does not include a full-body haircut or significant coat-length reduction.** Pets receiving this service must arrive with a coat that is reasonably free of tangles and mats. Minor tangles may be brushed out for an additional fee. If significant matting is found, a full grooming appointment or shorter haircut may be required for your pet’s comfort and safety. **Prices start at $55 for small, short-haired pets.** Final pricing is based on your pet’s breed, size, coat type, coat length and condition, temperament, and the time required to complete the service. Additional charges may apply for excessive or impacted coat, minor de-matting, special handling, behavioral challenges, or more extensive hand-scissoring. An exact quote and estimated completion time will be provided after the pre-grooming consultation. We will contact you as soon as your pet is ready for pickup.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy We understand that unexpected situations happen and appointments may occasionally need to be changed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. This allows us time to offer the appointment to another client. Because we are a small business and reserve dedicated time for each pet, late cancellations and missed appointments leave an opening that may be difficult to fill. After an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $25 booking deposit may be required before scheduling another appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the cost of your pet’s grooming service. If the rescheduled appointment is missed, cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or rescheduled without sufficient notice, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. Clients arriving 30 minutes or more late may need to reschedule because there may no longer be enough time to safely complete the service. When this occurs, it will be treated as a missed appointment, and the $25 booking-deposit policy may apply. Deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. We understand that genuine emergencies occur and may make exceptions at management’s discretion. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us provide dependable service to every client.
