Please Read Before Booking Our Lamb Cut is a stylish haircut that keeps the neck and torso shorter while leaving the legs longer and fuller. The head and tail are shaped to create a soft, fluffy, and balanced appearance. This service includes: * Bath with professional shampoo and conditioner * Blow-dry and thorough brush-out * Nail trimming * Ear cleaning * External anal gland expression, when appropriate * Teeth brushing * Sanitary and paw-pad trimming * A shorter attachment-comb cut on the neck and torso * Longer, fuller legs shaped with hand-scissoring * Customized head, ear, and tail styling * Scissor blending and finishing The body length is created using an attachment clipper comb, while the longer legs are carefully blended and shaped by hand. Because this style requires more hand-scissoring and finishing than an even-length puppy cut, additional time and pricing may apply. Prices start at $90 for small pets with a well-maintained, mat-free coat. This is a high-maintenance haircut. Regular brushing and combing at home are necessary to prevent tangles and matting, especially on the legs, chest, ears, and tail. A grooming schedule of approximately every four to six weeks is generally recommended to maintain the shape and coat condition. Your pet must have a well-maintained coat that is free of significant tangles and matting. If the coat cannot safely support the requested length, the style may need to be modified, or a shorter haircut may be recommended for your pet’s comfort and safety. Final pricing is based on your pet’s breed, size, coat type, coat length and condition, temperament, requested length, and the time required. Additional charges may apply for matting, excessive or impacted coat, special handling, behavioral challenges, or extensive hand-scissoring. An exact quote and estimated completion time will be provided after the pre-grooming consultation. We will contact you as soon as your pet is ready for pickup.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy We understand that unexpected situations happen and appointments may occasionally need to be changed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. This allows us time to offer the appointment to another client. Because we are a small business and reserve dedicated time for each pet, late cancellations and missed appointments leave an opening that may be difficult to fill. After an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $25 booking deposit may be required before scheduling another appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the cost of your pet’s grooming service. If the rescheduled appointment is missed, cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or rescheduled without sufficient notice, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. Clients arriving 30 minutes or more late may need to reschedule because there may no longer be enough time to safely complete the service. When this occurs, it will be treated as a missed appointment, and the $25 booking-deposit policy may apply. Deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. We understand that genuine emergencies occur and may make exceptions at management’s discretion. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us provide dependable service to every client.
