Service Description

Please read before booking Includes nail clipping, ear cleaning, and bath with anal gland expression and comb clip. This service consists of reducing the length of your pet's hair to about half an inch or longer, allowing your long-haired cat to keep some super-soft fur on its back. Teddy Bear Cuts for cats can also be done in a Lion Cut pattern upon request. Price starts at $120 and increases depending on your pet's size and hair length and condition. Your pet's temperament will be evaluated before performing any services. If your pet becomes excessively aggressive or agitated, we will cease the grooming session and notify you. We do not use sedatives.

Cancellation Policy

While we understand that sometimes appointments must be cancelled due to an emergency, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice where possible, prior to appointment cancellation, as we have a waiting list of clients that can be filled with another pet in need of a groom. On the occasion that you have missed your appointment we have also been let down by an empty appointment slot and as a small business this has a negative impact on us financially. We reserve the right to charge a $25 non-refundable deposit for appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice payable prior to any future booking. Your deposit will go towards your pet's grooming services. If you miss your appointment for a second time, you will lose your deposit. Arriving 30 minutes or more late for appointments will in most cases require re-scheduling and a missed appointment fee of $25 will apply.
