Service Description
Please read before booking Our Lion Cut service includes a sanitary bath with anal gland expression, nail clipping, and ear cleaning. The body is shaved close to the skin leaving the ruff and head full, the legs are shaved to a certain point to look like boots, and the tail may be left full or with a pom-pom at the end. Price starts at $80 and increases depending on your pet's size, hair length, and skin condition. Your pet's temperament will be evaluated before performing any services. If your pet becomes excessively aggressive or agitated, we will cease the grooming session and notify you. We do not use sedatives.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy We understand that unexpected situations happen and appointments may occasionally need to be changed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. This allows us time to offer the appointment to another client. Because we are a small business and reserve dedicated time for each pet, late cancellations and missed appointments leave an opening that may be difficult to fill. After an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $25 booking deposit may be required before scheduling another appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the cost of your pet’s grooming service. If the rescheduled appointment is missed, cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or rescheduled without sufficient notice, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. Clients arriving 30 minutes or more late may need to reschedule because there may no longer be enough time to safely complete the service. When this occurs, it will be treated as a missed appointment, and the $25 booking-deposit policy may apply. Deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. We understand that genuine emergencies occur and may make exceptions at management’s discretion. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us provide dependable service to every client.
