Service Description

Please read before booking Our services include bath with anal gland expression, ear cleaning, and nail clipping, as well as a 30min de-shedding session to remove any loose hair. At your request, we provide a light belly shave to help your pet groom itself better. Our rates start at $55 for small, short-haired cats and increase depending on your pet's size, hair length, and skin condition. Your pet's temperament will be evaluated before performing any services. If your kitty becomes excessively aggressive or agitated, we will cease the grooming session and notify you. We do not use sedatives.

Cancellation Policy

While we understand that sometimes appointments must be cancelled due to an emergency, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice where possible, prior to appointment cancellation, as we have a waiting list of clients that can be filled with another pet in need of a groom. On the occasion that you have missed your appointment we have also been let down by an empty appointment slot and as a small business this has a negative impact on us financially. We reserve the right to charge a $25 non-refundable deposit for appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice payable prior to any future booking. Your deposit will go towards your pet's grooming services. If you miss your appointment for a second time, you will lose your deposit. Arriving 30 minutes or more late for appointments will in most cases require re-scheduling and a missed appointment fee of $25 will apply.
